If you are unhappy with the product, we would like to know why! Please contact us to let us know more.
As for the policy, here are the details:
1. Returns:
- We are happy to accept returns if you find a technical fault with the product.
- We accept returns if you get the product in the wrong size or variant vs what you have ordered.
- If the product and size you have received is the correct one, we do not accept returns in normal cases because we can not accept used underwear. Since there is no way to verify if you have opened and tried the underwear, we want to be fair to other naaris.
2. Exchange:
- We exchange the product with you if you have received the wrong size by initiating the exchange request and the cost is borne by us fully.
- We exchange the quantities if there is a delay in the delivery over 15 days, understanding that your needs might have evolved.
- We fully process exchanges in cases where the entire package is unopened and you have changed your mind. In this case, the e-commerce box along with the shipping label should be intact to ensure that the product is not used/tried.

How to use my period underwear?
All you need to do is wear our period-underwear like you would wear any other underwear on a regular day.
Should I wear a pad along with the underwear?
You do not have to wear any pad or tampon or menstrual cup along with the underwear. The technical layers inserted within the undergarments will work as an absorbent to soak up blood/pee that the pad originally would.
Is period underwear the same as adult diapers?
No, a diaper is a bulkier product made up of plastic usually that you wear for a certain period of time and then dispose after use for a few hours. Period underwear on the other hand is a reusable product that you wear throughout the day and throw for wash at the end of the day.
How much blood can the period underwear absorb?
Period underwear in general can absorb anywhere more than 1 pad worth of blood. Our Naarica underwears absorb up to 4 pads/tampons worth of blood to make you feel dry and fresh.
Will my period underwear be wet all the time?
No, the top layer of the period underwear is made up of a wicking layer and anti-bacterial absorbent layer that will soak up the blood instantly to make you feel dry.
How regularly do I have to change my period underwear?
Well, this completely depends on your flow. But women tend to decide to change as and when they feel like it. The most common pattern is 1 change during the day. For eg. If you wore period underwear in the morning after shower, you can change it in the evening after 12 hours of wearing it.
Do I need to dispose the period underwear after use?
No, your period underwear is reusable for up to 100 washes = 3 years (which is as long as a regular underwear)
